Once an order has been placed it is not always possible to cancel it. Oftentimes the delivery speed is fast and that prevents us from stopping an order once it’s in progress. We respond to all support tickets within 24 hours and typically much faster. When you request to have an order canceled we may be unable to stop the order before it is fully delivered. If you want to stop or cancel an order please open a support ticket and provide the link/URL for the order you want to be canceled. We offer no guarantee that we can stop an order that is In Progress, however if we can, we will issue a refund for any undelivered services. 

**It is important to note that some of our services CAN NOT be stopped or canceled once they are placed. This will be listed on the New Order page Service Description.
