First, we recommend that you check the New Order page Service Description for the service you placed an order for to verify the START TIME and DELIVERY SPEED. On this page, you will also find any RESTRICTION that could prevent delivery.  

Next, we recommend that you look at the News and Update section on the New Order page. If we are experiencing any widespread delivery issues or delayed delivery on services we will typically add information here. 

It is important to understand that some orders may have a delayed start time and that INSTANT START does not mean instant delivery. Instant Start means the order will be started as soon as it is placed. Then you have to consider the current delivery speed. You should receive at least the low end of the estimated delivery speed within 24 hours from when the order is started. For example, if the delivery speed is listed as:
1,000 to 10,000 per day

This means you could receive as few as 1,000 per day AFTER the order starts. 

After you have verified that the service you ordered:
1) did not have a delayed start time
2) is not delivering at the speed that was listed on the New Order page

3) is not currently mentioned on the News and Update section as having a current issue
